Project Description

Insulate large exhaust duct system offsite with ceramic coating prior to onsite installation. Protect the duct work from transport damage from offsite to site location once coated. Complete insulation system once installed onsite.

The Challenges

Limited access for high reach equipment. Project window was condensed cutting the amount of time for installation in half. Protecting the coating on the duct from damage during transport and installation. Moving the heavy duct around without damaging the coating and to access the bottom sides.
